I'm a permanent learner. Allways thinking about how to improve all the processes and at the same time enjoying the fruits of the land.

I'm working hard to become a winemaker. With experience in Spain, California, France and New Zealand I'm spending this year working in a premium winery in Priorat region as assistant winemaker, digging deeper in the understanding of land's speech. Each terroir has something to tell.

My goal, bring to your glass the taste of the landscape.
