Schooling

I did my schooling from Universal Public School located in Delhi and throughout I was in this same school, i.e. from kindergarten till high school.

My school helped me be the person I'm today. It laid down the foundation of my existence. It provided me a structured education and promoted me a mental and psychological growth. Aside from learning academics, I learned other important life skills such as team work, good manners, unity, sharing and responsibility. My school molded me into a good, responsible and a hard working individual.

I was good academically having scored 86.6% in class X and 81.4% in class XII. In addition, I was pretty decent in sports and other extracurricular activities, especially Arts. I was actively involved in Arts and was the founder president of the school Arts club. I participated in many inter school competitions and won many prizes for the school.

I was also part of the "Teach India – Education for the poor" campaign. Here as part of the club, we visited nearby slums during our yearly summer holidays and/or weekends to educate poor and illiterate kids by imparting them basic language and math skills.

As for class XII, from the choices available, I chose sciences as my main stream with Physics, chemistry and math as my main subjects.

College

I have done my bachelors in Information Technology from Indraprastha University, Delhi followed by an M.S. in VLSI & Embedded Systems from IIIT Pune. Though I graduated in Information Technology/Computer Sciences, I was fascinated more by the courses on electronics and communication sciences side. That was the reason why I chose VSLI and embedded systems as my subject of Masters.

I maintained a good academic record throughout my Bachelors and masters, having scored 70% and 3.4/4 GPA respectively. In my masters, I topped all the trimesters and secured 100% scholarship for my academic performance in 1st trimester and 25% scholarship for my performance in 2nd trimester.

Apart from academics, I maintained my love and passion for arts and continued my involvement in the same. In addition I was a member of the placement committee and helped myself and other students secure internships and jobs in good companies.
