​​​I am an ERP consultant with specialization in Oracle HRMS Suite. With more than a decade long experience in implementing, managing and supporting various kinds of projects in Oracle Applications, I have acquired an in-depth exposure to all the facets of Oracle HRMS Suite viz. Core HR, Self Service HR, iRecruitment, Performance Management System, Compensation Workbench, Oracle Advance Benefit, Payroll, Oracle Learning Management etc. I also possess the knowledge of Shared Service processes & implementation exposure as per the Best industry practices.

Although I consider Oracle HRMS modules to be my forte, my initial skill base was in SQL and PL/SQL. Apart from Oracle HRMS Suite, I also have an in depth knowledge of other HRMS platforms, like Success Factor PMS, Oracle Taleo Recruit, CSoD Learn etc. This is further complemented by good functional knowledge of Multiple Legislation,AME & Oracle Alerts / Workflow along with the exposure of developing bolt-on application and integration with third party applications.

I have got all the necessary diamensions in all verticals of Oracle HRMS Suite viz Presales, Support, Up gradation and Implementation. My consulting experience includes both private and public organizations.
