Purav Datta

Hey I'm Purav!

I am a rising High School Sophomore studying at Adlai Stevenson High School with a passion for computer science, Machine Learning, Economics and Robotics. I have significant leadership and speaking experience as well as problem solving experience. I hope to gain expertise in computer science and or leadership through internships and fellowships at nearby companies.

Some of my projects can be found under the nonprofit robotics team Electro, where I designed a motion profiling and planning software for holonomic robots. I also integrated VSLAM and various sensors. I have worked extensively with JVM languages such as Java and Kotlin, as well as Dart, Python SQL and JavaScript. Currently I am learning C++ and C#. Overall as part of the team, I work well with people, work efficiently and show natural leadership.

I have also reached out to the community in many ways, I designed the website and overall online presence for local businesses free of charge, to not only further the economy, but to also bring businesses into the 21st century. I worked with Google My Business, GoDaddy, Google AdWords and communicated with many business owners and entrepreneurs.
