Everyone knows that, to obtain top ranks in any of the engines, your site requires links, these days. Not only any links, but links from quality internet sites and lots of them. One thing I've noticed is that for several webmasters that are newer to SEO, they often over look the significance of "anchor text" or "link text" because it is often called.

A while back (a several years now), the engines decided that, very often, the text used as the anchor text of a link was an explanation of the prospective page.
