I am a seasoned technology leader with a German Diplom in Informatics (Computer Science), currently based in Jakarta, Indonesia. My journey began during my studies at the University of Applied Sciences Fulda in Germany, where I gained hands-on experience as a Software Developer at a startup, focusing on building applications for an innovative HR business. This experience laid the foundation for my passion for technology and innovation.

After graduating, I worked as a Technology Consultant for clients across Europe, spanning diverse industries. I helped clients analyze, develop, integrate, and innovate their IT systems, using methodologies and technologies such as Object-Oriented Paradigms, Agile Methodology, Service-Oriented Architecture, Cloud Computing, and High-Scalability Architecture. My work centered on optimizing corporate processes and bringing strategic value to businesses through Enterprise Java technology.

Driven by my growing interest in how technology can create business value, I pursued an Executive MBA at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. My Master's thesis focused on "multi-team collaboration and scaling agile teams," reflecting my passion for improving how teams work together to drive organizational success.

Soon after my Executive MBA graduation, I accepted the challenge of joining a leading online payment gateway and electronic money enterprise in Indonesia . I focused on helping the company become more agile and innovative, leading agile change agents to implement agile frameworks, ensuring that these methodologies and their values were embraced across the organization. Currently, I serve as the Director of Product and Technology at AstraPay, where I focus on driving innovation, leading my team to deliver impactful digital products and services, and mentoring agile leaders.

I am an active contributor to the IT community, regularly sharing knowledge as a speaker and trainer at conferences and webinars.

I am passionate about building a culture of collaboration and continuous learning, both within my organization and in the broader tech community.

In my spare time, I enjoy photography, traveling, watching movies, and experimenting in the kitchen to enhance my cooking skills.
