Thanks for stopping by. A little about me, I am practically a Colorado native, having lived in the Littleton area since age three. I attended Columbine High School and then went on to get my Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver. I graduated Cum Laude in 2001, having been part of the Golden Key International Honor Society & Sigma Beta Delta.

With 18+ years of real estate and default industry knowledge and experience, I begin my adventures in real estate in 2002 working in the default industry, with a focus on reviewing valuations and appraisals. This helped to shape my understanding of the valuation process, which is a very important aspect of listing any property. In 2003, I started working for a start up real estate brokerage and was pivotal in building the foundation, processes and workflow for the firm.

Having held my Real Estate Broker’s license since 2004, I have successfully assisted hundreds of home buyers and sellers to close over $120,000,000 in residential real estate. Additionally, I have several years extensive experience in market analysis.
