She has always followed her passions with an unerring and innate sense of direction starting with her desire to create eco-friendly, cost-effective architectural marvels as the first woman builder to her more recent role as an Industrialist (first women to start an uPVC unit) with an eco-friendly focus in philosophy and product. The firm Tropical Habitat India was founded in 1995 and heralded the creation of homely, affordable and well-designed apartment spaces. Realizing the change in attitude world over towards construction materials like wood, Ope Systems was born to provide Green Materials like uPVC windows & doors as an alternative to wood.

Behind the Professional front lies the Pro-Bono core and she endeavors to offer carefully categorized and structured information to young women via the deFacto venture.She has also provided honorary services towards designing the first Phase of the Hitech Hospital for Animals in 1995 for CUPA as a gesture of love for animals. She regularly celebrates birthdays with children from orphanages. Her travels have carried her to remote tribal villages across the country raising her awareness of the conditions and needs of various sectors of society.A patriot and and a staunch believer in the strength and spirit of this great nation, she travels throughout India to build lasting relationships both professionally and personally with communities across the country fostering the spirit of unity and national integration.
