  • Secured € 500K in funding to launch a new project on therapies for ALS by co-writing the grant, preparing the data, the experimental design, the role allocation, and the budget planning (based on power analysis).
  • Delivered 4+ cross-border oncology R&D projects by coordinating communication across the startup, vendors, contract companies (CRO), and academic groups and aligning on study design, leading to timely deliverables.
