Cleara Biotech B.V.- Scientist/Research Operations & Strategy

2022 - current Utrecht, The Netherlands

• Secured € 500K in funding to launch a new project on therapies for ALS by co-writing the grant, preparing the data, the experimental design, the role allocation, and the budget planning (based on power analysis).
• Delivered 4+ cross-border oncology R&D projects by coordinating communication across the startup, vendors, contract companies (CRO), and academic groups and aligning on study design, leading to timely deliverables.
• Developed a new research project by securing approval from the board, planning experiments, training staff, and generating early-stage data that contributed to obtaining funding.
• Prepared data-driven presentations with experimental data, project metrics, and detailed records to update internal stakeholders on progress on company goals and for investor outreach.
