I'm Panos. About 25 years in design, the last 13 or so leading UX and product teams - currently as a Senior Manager at Almosafer (Seera Group), working across post-booking and MarTech.

I lead product design, and I still design. The first part means teams, strategy, discovery, and research. The second means I haven't forgotten which end of Figma is up, and I get suspicious of any manager who has.

Born in Athens, based in Dubai, reasonably housebroken across about 53 nationalities' worth of colleagues. Two mottoes I've never shaken, one from each school: Non Ministrari Sed Ministrare and Innovation and Excellence.

Off the clock, I'm a trained chef — Mediterranean fusion, French technique, and a BBQ habit well past hobby. Turns out it's the same job as product design: good ingredients, no shortcuts, and someone should actually enjoy the result.
