Loughborough University graduate now working as a Java developer in the financial services industry.
Previous positions include two years at Telsis as a design engineer working on next generation mobile voice solutions (SIP, SMPP, SS7 telecoms protocols) in Java, with time also spent on Linux package management and Web front end work.
Prior to that I was a placement student at the BlackBerry smartphone developer Research In Motion. The year was spent working in the EMEA NOC performing real time monitoring and maintenance of the network as part of a shift crew.
