I'm an experienced factory worker with a fork truck license. My factory operative work has varied between food production, bottling, packing and assembly.
Previous employment on three occasions has involved night shift and twelve hour working pattern. Several have involved individual routines, targets and quality assurances. Other factory associated work involved specific and demanding targets and emphasising team work to meet deadlines.
I appreciate employment can be varied with employers expecting flexibility in tasks, approach and ability to working different sections to achieve performance related targets. An example of this can be seen when I was employed as a fork lift truck driver using slack time to help production and also operate as a handy man when required.
