Meet Rev. Nicole Pyles
Nicole is passionate about empowering women and children. She truly believes knowledge applied is power. Education and experience create a wealth of resources, opportunities and options to make transformative impact in the life of another. Nicole is a graduate of the The American University, Morgan State University and a current Master of Divinity student attending Wesley Theological Seminary. By profession she works in Information Technology serving Maryland's most mission critical population. By vocation she currently serves on the ministerial staff of Empowerment Temple AME Church. She has been a member of Empowerment Temple since 2000 and has humbly served on various ministries including serving as Co-Chair of the Trustee Board. Nicole is also founder of Eve's Dynasty: a dialogue to celebrate, inspire, and sharpen the inner and outer beauty of a woman. With a passion for mentoring and leadership development, Nicole served two years as Children’s Pastor at Centennial-Caroline Street United Methodist Church where she birthed Centennial Legacy a youth ministry that is still vibrant today. Nicole is excited and driven by these empowering avenues as she lives by, “Be ye doers and not just hearers of the Word” and eager to please God in her service to him.
