It was the best memory ever learning food science in my whole 18-year school period.

But some people thought I was just learning cooking in university, meaning waste of money. Well, we did have to cook in the lab, for science's sake.

However my parents thought I cannot cook, not until I left home for studying overseas. I started cooking a lot, to save money of course. Also, I cannot live without soups. Cantonese style soups. And I have to make it by myself.

I do not need to experiment in the lab with my job now. I am just buying and selling ingredients. But luckily, I still have the passion and enthusiasm experimenting in the kitchen.

So, this is me, a happiness food maker.
