Quinton A. Crawley was born and raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. In the fall of 2015, Quinton relocated to Durham, North Carolina to embark on a new journey at North Carolina Central University in pursuit of a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Criminal Justice. During his matriculation, Quinton strives to excel academically while fostering new relationships outside of the classroom through extracurricular activities.
Quinton has taken an active interest in his community due to his childhood education. Volunteerism was a core value within the curriculum of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Program. Quinton became an IB student in the Middle Years Program on the onset of 6 grade through Paisley IB Magnet Middle School before continuing at Parkland IB Magnet High School. Today, Quinton continues to volunteer with several organizations including but not limited to Crisis Control Ministries, Goodwill, and Forsyth County Emergency Med.
Another passion of Quinton's is sports. At a young age, Quinton recognized his athletic capabilities and worked to develop his talents. During his childhood, Quinton played basketball, football, baseball and soccer. Soccer became a primary focus in elementary school. Quinton was a member of Twin City Soccer Association for over 10 years before joining the Parkland High School Varsity team. Quinton is also an avid supporter of his home state being both a Carolina Panthers and Charlotte Hornets fan. His college team and sport of choice is Duke Basketball.
As a young adult, Quinton seeks to find his niche within this vast world.
