Qiana Ramati is a business development manager w/ over a decade of experience. Primary services offered to clients include: real estate brokerage services ( NY and FL), brand awareness; focusing primarily on improving the sales and marketing channels therein, S.O.P. development as needed, (SEO), Web Development including mobile application creation, audio/visual packages and graphic art.
Qiana began her career with Booz Allen and Hamilton her time there was shortened as the terror attacks of 9/11 caused a realignment in the stars for us all. Monies in the sector were diverted to the security industry. As an alternative to a career as a transportation consultant she decided upon a career in real estate as it was one of the only professions she could think of which would level the playing field as she was competing with upper level executives for entry level positions as the market was toppled.
As a real estate agent leasing luxury rentals (2002) throughout Manhattan w/Ardor Realty, which had one of the most extensive rental databases, Qiana quickly learned the terrain. Encouraged by an agent at The Corcoran Group she joined-- receiving training that created a tremendous upswing in business. She was inspired to follow in the footsteps of the company's founder Barbara Corcoran who sold the company in 2007 for an unprecedented amount. Qiana developed her entrepreneurial vision leaving The Corcoran Group and starting her own real estate firm— QI REALTY LLC a boutique real estate brokerage which primarily specializes in condominium sales. Simply via word of mouth her company blossomed into a firm that offered over $2M worth of real estate in just a few short years.
Throughout her career as a real estate agent Qiana supported her entrepreneurial vision by maintaining a thriving career as a freelance consultant where she worked to bring her client's vision to fruition. She has assisted countless small businesses offering event planning, sales and marketing, and audio/visual packages.
Qiana is currently increasing her skill-set by obtaining a real estate brokerage license in Florida. She is also completing her Web Development Certification in August 2015. Upon completion of her studies she will be able to add JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud, and several web development frameworks to her skill-set in order to combine them with her sales and marketing experience.
