David Hughes

David Hughes was born in Southwest Utah, the third of seven children. Much of his childhood was spent bike riding, camping, and enjoying the outdoors. He is known for his optimistic attitude, David is always ready with a smile.
David found writing in the 6th grade, while in English class. He has been reading and writing stories ever since. He enjoys a variety of writing styles. Including short stories, screenplays, poetry, and novels. He is currently working on getting published for his short story "The Drive". He loves the power of words and how they convey such deep images of the mind.
After graduating high school David worked at a law firm for several years before meeting his wife. Together they have 4 children. Currently he works for the United States Postal Service as a letter carrier.
When he is not writing he enjoys reading, tennis, soccer, volleyball. I enjoy spending time with my family. The beaches of California. Traveling the world.
