After retiring from 25 years of service as a U.S. Naval Aviator, I returned to a rewarding experience by making a difference in young minds. Focusing on attributes of goal setting, discipline and self-esteem, is beneficial at any level.

With a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University, and Master Gardener achievement through the University of Florida’s Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences, I launched Quantum Leap Enterprises (QLE) – a sustainable solutions company. A long-time surfer, conservationist, and naturalist, my belief and advocate "we are not leaving this world to our children, we are borrowing it from them," and we have an obligation to leave the earth better than we found it.
