Rule #1: The Name List:
When you join Qnet, you have to make a name list of at least 150 names, that's the recommended start. We can make the start with a name list of 20 people in your closest contacts and then expand the name list later on.
This is an important step in your plan to succeed in network marketing. Your Up-line should have a look on your name list.
Some recent and even old IRs are very much reluctant to write down their name list. YES, you should write it down, not to imagine it your memory, not to read it from your mobile, just WRITE it down with the names, phone numbers and other details that are available.
An average person would have from 70-100 contacts, when you write your name list, DON'T PREJUDGE.... A second crucial point, as you would go through your mobile contacts and see a name then say "he does't have the money", "she won't listen to me" that is not the role you play. Give them their chance to hear about the venture and then decide whether they are going to join or not.
So in conclusion the RULES to have a proper Name List:
1- Write it down
2- Contain at least 150 names
3-Don't prejudge
4-It must include everyone and anyone
Rule #2:
"Your name list must increase every month by at least 10%"
This means you have to add at least 15 new contacts on your name list, to maintain continuity of your work, to make sure you won't run out of contacts... This is called "Prospecting".
Rule #3:
"You have to make at least 15 presentations per month"
That means 4 presentations per week.... you can meet 2 prospects together at one presentation and you would save time and still apply the rule....
