My approach to training : For as long as I can remember I have always been active. I love playing sports, running and just enjoying life. Being an athlete throughout my life introduced me to training at an early age. Weight and endurance training has helped me on and off the playing field. I took the love of sports and fitness to become a personal trainer after graduating college. My goal as a personal trainer is to motivate, inspire, and educate. i want to educate others about the benefits of exercising and living a healthy lifestyle. Health and fitness is more than just your appearance. Exercising makes us feel better and live healthier lives. With patience and persistance anyone can achieve realistic goals. These goals include high self-esteem, confidence, and the body you desire. I strive to create a personal relationship with all my clients.
