Guillaud Quentin

Quentin Guillaud is a citizen of the world, a humanist, a lover of the arts but above all a hobbyists and students of architecture. He was born in 1988 and grew up in a small medieval village in southern France. An experience that built up in him an intimate relationship to light, density, and thickness of material. He built the family's house with his father and lives in a world related to the construction. It will work on various projects and make proffessional's studies and for being an architectural draftsman. Then he joined a school and graduated from associate architect, designer \ draftsman. During this period he makes different internship in Saint-Tropez and Nice in architectural offices. In 2008 he joined the National School of Architecture of Marseille. The meeting with the city will develop in him a deep interest in the notion of public space, its ownership and its practices. In 2009 he won a competition for an urban art instalation, and since he creates micro-project in relation to the street and passersby. Now he looks the wasteland and abandoned places as places of experimentation with new social and artistic practices for better anticipate residents' investment in the city of tomorrow.
