Quincy A. Hardin (Master Instructor) the owner/operator and project coordinator for Global NxLevel Strategies has been an entrepreneur for over 28 years. Quincy is responsible for the day to day operations of GNS. While she has owned many successful business’s ranging from hair salons to cleaning companies her passion is teaching other entrepreneurs business development.

Mitchell Hardin Jr. (Master Instructor) is a certified instructor with the NxLevel Training Network for adults and youth. He was an instructor with the Small Business Development New Venture Training Program in Concord California. His Small Business graduates have gone on to successfully research, open and operate businesses. Mitchell has worked with Kidpreneur at Barnes & Noble’s (Antioch Ca.,) exposing preteens to entrepreneurship. He also, has experience in product research & development, internet marketing, business coaching and Guerrilla marketing strategies.
