Quincy Samycia — CEO, The Branded Agency

Quincy Samycia is the co-founder and CEO of The Branded Agency Inc., a Vancouver-based full-service branding and marketing firm founded in 2020.

Under his leadership, The Branded Agency has grown rapidly — doubling in size year over year — and earned 5-star ratings on both Google and Clutch, consistently ranking among Vancouver’s top branding and marketing agencies.

Quincy and his team built the agency around a proprietary methodology called Brand-Backed Performance™, which unites brand strategy, creative, AI-powered content, and full-funnel marketing — showing that branding and performance marketing should not live in silos.

In late 2025, under Quincy’s direction, The Branded Agency launched a new investment arm — Snail Ventures — designed to support early-stage founders and small businesses across Canada with brand-led funding and growth expertise. The firm plans to deploy up to CA $10 million over five years to support founders with capital, strategic support, and creative services.

Quincy brings first-hand entrepreneurial experience to his role — he’s done the hard work of launching and scaling ventures, so he speaks from experience rather than theory.
