Ahmed Quraishi

I am a journalist who has covered wars, interviewed policy influencers in the Mideast, Gulf, and Pakistan, came across diplomats and spies, worked with heads of states, and converted some of this experience into media and management consulting opportunities.

I covered the Iraq conflict as an embedded journalist (1990-2003), Yemen (2015), Hezbollah-Israel war (2006), researched and worked extensively on the Iran situation (1979-2019), Afghanistan (2001), and Kashmir conflict. I volunteered to work on human rights issues through the UN Human Rights Council sessions.

I'm a TV news executive-producer and talk-show host. I did many television talk shows in Arabic, English, and Urdu (a rarity in this combination), and was lucky to get a chance to introduce firs-time concepts to Pakistani television news, becoming a TV celebrity along the way in this country.
