As cliché as it may sound, I am on a journey. I seek a higher purpose for my existence. I survived a car accident almost a decade ago, the wreckage of which suggests that I should not have lived to tell the tale, much less blog about it.

I’ve recently decided that I can no longer put off the inevitable and must start looking for answers. I intend to chronicle my journey, no matter how long it will take for me to get there, granting that I eventually will, in the hope that I may inspire others to do the same.

I am a wife, a mother, a sister, a daughter, and a friend and will remain so regardless of how my circumstances may change in the future. I consider these the most important roles I have and ever will have the privilege of taking on.
