We all have choices, even if we don't all start with the same deck of cards.

When the odds are in his favor, a man responds perfectly. Can this same young man, however, exhibit the same desire when confronted with a different deck of cards?

Along the process, I was privileged to have enduring advisors, mentors, and ministers. Which is what has shaped and sculpted me into the person I am today. I am now a devoted, dedicated father who takes confidence in being purposeful and attentive, both professionally and personally.

So, who exactly am I?

I could be described as a survivor of a difficult childhood. Maybe a victim of poverty and brutality. Others could see me as a tragically accomplished success story. If you dig a little further, you'll find something else. You'll meet a man who, when confronted with despair, says,

"Am I failing, or is God striving to communicate with me?"

A guy seized by the promise that God has intentions and objectives far greater than my own. Aside from my work life, I spend a lot of my spare time tutoring students and children. Whether it's about leadership, teamwork, or perseverance, there's something for everyone.

All of the procedures are truly impactful, meaningful, detailed diligently out beyond inspiration and selfless acts of service.

Equipping my atmosphere to accept life's demands, by preparing and calculating every decision through the following :

1. Choices
   We have a choice of how we will live our lives.
2. Honor and Legacy
   Despite what we go through we must always keep two things in mind-honor and legacy. Honor the ones that came before and leave a legacy for the ones coming behind you.
3. Empty the Bucket
   You must give everything you have to everything you are involved in all aspects of life.
4. Process over Product
   The process is about what you become on your journey. The personal growth you achieve during the process is way more significant than the product

If you consider giving yourself permission to applaud the victories and focus entirely on the objective you intend to achieve, you will overlook yourself on the most incredible aspects of the whole process -

Every step along the journey, every setback, and every victory provides a time to pause, analyze, and change your strategy as needed. By focusing solely on the end result, you will miss all of the changes that occur as you navigate.

Success is not just about reaching the destination, but also becoming a more resilient, skilled, and knowledgeable professional along the way.
