Or rather, I have a passion for meeting people at their level and expanding their opportunities to heights they didn't realize possible. Although recently, the more common term for what I do is teach. Whether talking to a class of ten-year-olds, or people with ten years experience in their field, my mission is to help others cultivate their strengths and identify their areas of growth so that they can strategically and successfully pursue their goals.

I help people dream big and support it with daily actions to create measurable outcomes. I'm part fierce communicator, part master organizer, and part behavior analyst. I believe that data-driven work leads to transformational results. I'm convinced that if your dreams don't scare you, you're not dreaming big enough. I'm also an adrenaline junkie, so that might help explain things.
