Robert is a public manager and policy analyst whose research focus is civil-military relations in the Post 9/11 world. He is a veteran of the War in Afghanistan, holds a Master's of Public Administration, a Bachlor's of Fine Art from Indiana University, and a Certificate in Organizational Leadership and Supervision.
Robert's primary motivation is to develop evidence based practices and implement programs that enhance the relationship between organizations and their constituents.
