I grew up as a missionary kid in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I had childhood epilepsy. I returned to the US when I was about 11. My grandmother took me to a pentecostal church meeting (I was a Church of Christ kid, but by this point I was beginning to believe that God still moved and spoke in our time and I had seen people speak in tongues and other things). I was also hungry for a potentially supernatural touch from God. I was touched by the Spirit at that meeting when I was 13, and I gave my life to Christ when I was seventeen. I went to college for a few years and obtained my Associate's Degree at Cisco Junior College. I also attended film school at UTA in Arlington. Along the way I battled with the fact that I was gay. I used to think it was wrong, but God opened my eyes over the course of several years and I realized His grace allowed it through the lens of His character as revealed through Jesus - as opposed to other parts of Scripture. I could talk about that alot more. Currently I work at Jason's Deli. I have also worked at UPS as a package handler. I am an amateur actor. I enjoy karaoke too. I mainly am hungry for God's love and to find a partner (or multiple partners) someday. I work on passion projects along the way. With Covid I am learning more about being in the moment. The moment you are in is sufficient if you see it through the right lens - the lens of acceptance, self-worth, self-validation, and the awareness of God's loving presence.
