I live for music. Always have, always will. Growing up, I learned early to love Elvis, the Beach Boys and everyone in between. The 80's was a great time to be a teen. Punk, metal, hair bands and new wave grew and thrived.

I became a journalist, graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and interned at The Indiana Gazette ... and stayed.

As a young reporter, I had free reign of the Entertainment page. I had many opportunities to interview some of the biggest names in rock ... and some up-and-comers too.

Now, after being away from the interviewer's chair for far too long, I have reignited my passion for music through the new talent I see and hear daily.

I hope as a reader, you enjoy reading my stories as much as I have enjoyed writing them.
