Hello, I’m Raakhee.

I’m a Level 4 Certified Advanced Practitioner in Eden Energy Medicine, living in Luxembourg.

After fifteen years as an expatriate in Luxembourg, having worked in finance, consulting and industry sectors with marked workaholic tendencies, I came across this holistic therapy called Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) which helped me resolve stress-induced symptoms without resorting to medication. I also realised that knowledge and practice of EEM was pure gold, as it kept me resilient and helped me navigate changing roles in life, and health challenges.

I became fascinated with the workings of energy systems rooted in ancient Chinese, Indian and Native American tribes - the core concept that balance is possible between the emotional, mental, physical and energy aspects and that this balance is available to every single person, whatever background, culture or professional life they came from. And therein followed 7 years of certification studies mixed in with some family changes.

Since then, I help stressed and anxious professionals to bring down their stress levels, improve their mood and energy levels. I also help professionals who are on a fertility journey and are looking for means to cope with the accompanying emotional and energy challenges that are often left unaddressed.

Together we work on nine energy systems that come from ancient traditions to clear any points of blockage and tension that could be contributing to ill-health.

After each session, I share practical, easily applicable techniques for self-regulation, so that my clients are able to move away from overwhelm and rollercoaster energy levels on survival mode towards more a more balanced, calm resilience.

Some of the results achieved in both overwhelm and fertility challenges are deep relaxation of the nervous system, better sleep, less anxiety, smoother pregnancies, more often “present in the moment”, less hectic thoughts and a better enjoyment of life.
