Rabee Al-Gharableh

Rabee Al-Gharableh can be described in three words: Diligent, lively, and self-motivated. Rabee is a person that is willing to give 100+ to whatever task he is given to follow through with. He sees himself as a fast learner who is always eager to add new skills to his professional career. Rabee always pays attention to the finest details, he is a detailed person, and every detail is crucial to him. He always strives to produce perfect and unique results in both his personal and professional life. Creativity is an important element he likes to add to his work because he feels creativity is the key to success in his vast growing field.

"Any person sees himself as the best, and so do I; my weaknesses can also be seen as strengths, I am a perfectionist, I work better under pressure, competition is a basic motivation, but without motivation; work means nothing, but I can say
that my biggest weakness is that I get too personally involved with my work," Rabee.

Five years is not too far away for our hardworking alumnus. When asked where he would be in five years, Rabee replied "I would like to find that my work makes a difference, quality and creativity is something that always need to be developed and I see myself as the very best at my field. I want to work toward becoming an expert people see as a role model and mentor."

Quoting Aristotle "We are what we repeatedly do; Excellence, then is not an act, but a habit," Rabee sees his entire life as a whole accomplishment in itself. He
has always seen his challenges as a bridge to get stronger. Rabee is a strong believer that believes good things don't come easy, it is with hard work and diligence greatness is created and therefore one should work in a productive and organized manner to reach his goals.

Rabee describes himself in five expressions:

•Very challenging • Flexible • Leader • Fast paced • Creative

As for time out from work, Rabee likes to spend as much time with his family and in embarking on new adventures. He has visited to many countries and plans to visit even more in the near future. I guess South Africa is the next stop for our dynamic alumnus...
