The recipient of a bachelor's degree in business management from National Louis University in McLean, Virginia, Rabia Farhang is a social entrepreneur and business consultant with expertise in the fashion sector. Among other roles, Rabia Farhang worked as chief merchant and consultant at Fashion to Figure and as a consultant at TRAUB. In addition, she founded RF Consulting, LLC, where she provides merchandising and business operation assistance to startup and high-growth fashion brands.

In 2019, Rabia Farhang launched Bgood Collective to help nonprofits and companies in fashion and other sectors improve their social impact by implementing sustainability initiatives. She has long been a proponent of sustainability, and stresses its importance in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, as some companies may be inclined to shift focus to cash preservation. Sustainability, she argues, should be an instrumental part of these companies' pivot strategies.

In addition to her consulting work through Bgood Collective and other endeavors, Ms. Farhang is a member of the women empowerment organization Chief, which is designated for C-suite leaders across various sectors. She was also part of the #BiasCorrect campaign for 2020 International Women's Day, and conducts social enterprise volunteer work with Kota Alliance and NOMI Network.
