Student, Teacher, and Community Development in Lebanon

I am a qualified and a dedicated quality education activist with a four-year experience in education and extra-curricular activities within the NGO and the public sector fields. I have recently completed my BA in Business Management and have been accepted to pursue my graduate studies in Rural Community Development at the AUB sponsored by a full scholarship awarded by my previous employer.

Having achieved a solid reputation at the Lebanese University for my commitment to developing the faculty I am receiving my studies at, I have grown my experience in quality education and intrinsic interpersonal skills development for students and teachers as well. My vision was to receive quality education and efficient trainings to ameliorate my skills where then I created the “Social and Cultural Interaction Committee” that aimed to communicate with NGOs and figure heads to provide academic and professional development for all human capital in the faculty. Today, the faculty is on top of its progress, recruiting new prospects in higher rates due to the reputation it had concerning focusing on students’ critical thinking and professional development prior to graduation.

My previous experience in the NGO field in Lebanon specifically Teach for Lebanon (TFL) has allowed me to produce my knowledge and to put it into action. Placed in South Lebanon, I have been responsible for more than a hundred students in total to mollify their critical thinking skills and livelihood values. I designed a project in association with LFPCP and TFL that aimed to raise awareness chronically for human rights, citizenship, democracy values, and social cohesion among children including their parents.
