I'm an outgoing, positive minded individual that enjoys meeting new people. I have always been that person where I can strike up a conversation easily. I have had my friends ask me, "Do you know them?" and I would say, "No, I just met them."

You see, I believe that "customer service" is a fancy business term for simply "building relationships." I have learned that creating customer relations and experiences are what ensures a business success completely. I am the type of person who loves working with people and I pride myself in working well with my fellow colleagues and specialize in leading team goals and meeting objectives.

Building and cultivating relationships is another form of leadership. Leaders takes the time to know those around them, and learn their strengths and weakness so they can build upon their strengths through motivating, encouraging, and challenging them to improve upon their weaknesses.

I enjoy helping assisting those around me, and providing good old fashion goodwill in our community.
