Rachael English’s career has been focused on high quality educational program management and leadership development. Born in New Jersey, Rachael showed a strong interest in having fun while learning thus translating into a career of making learning fun. After graduating college from Bucknell University, Rachael began employment with Envision EMI, the world’s largest developer of leadership and life-success programs for students ranging from elementary school to college age. Overseeing educational conferences for participants of 200 – 750 students, Rachael has seen huge success with developing high functioning teams, creating lasting best practices and promoting safe, secure and logistically sound programs and experiences.

Rachael’s impressive career demonstrates good judgment, strong loyalty, attention to detail and intense focus on the success and development of colleagues and direct reports. Rachael continues to foster her passion for education through a new personal business venture - Rachael English, LLC. Here, Rachael connects with businesses and educational institutions to develop strategies for increasing employee morale and engagement.
