I love being outdoors hiking the Sonoma Coast, Northern California trails where there a lot of Redwoods or anywhere that I just happen to be, most recently outside of Barcelona. Some of my other hobbies are weightlifting, crossfit, and photography. While I am a foodie, I enjoy a Paleo lifestyle that supports my fitness and nutrition goals.
