Rachael Jarosh

Rachael Jarosh is an active, accomplished board director and leader, currently serving as an independent director for a public company and as a board chair, among other board commitments, and has compensation, nominating, governance and ESG committee experience.

Ms. Jarosh built a distinctive professional portfolio in law, finance, communications and philanthropic strategy during her 30+ year career. She is a mission-motivated, results-driven leader with a track record of leading teams to develop and implement strategy in complex environments; to adapt efficiently to evolving technologies; and to achieve high levels of performance.

A seasoned strategist and a builder by nature, Ms. Jarosh brings to her work a passion for organizational behavior and cultural alignment. Fluent in English, knowledgeable in Polish and Italian, and fueled by rich experience across 40+ countries, she bring a global lens to her work.

Ms. Jarosh has a deep commitment to civil and just society, refugee rights, women’s rights, and education access. She is also an avid outdoorswoman with a passion for adventure.
