Rachael Jarosh

Rachael Jarosh is an experienced board director and executive leader who brings an enterprise perspective to strategy, capital allocation, transformation, governance, and risk. She currently serves as an independent director of a public company, and as a board chair, with experience on finance and audit, compensation, nominating and governance, and ESG committees.
Over a 30+ year career spanning capital markets, law, communications, and philanthropy, Ms. Jarosh has led growth, enterprise transformation, and financial turnaround in complex global environments. She brings a multidisciplinary perspective to strategic decision-making, with particular experience navigating geopolitical and stakeholder risk, organizational and cultural transformation, and the evolving intersection of technology, reputation, and enterprise value.
As a director, Ms. Jarosh is committed to strong governance cultures that promote strategic engagement, accountability, constructive challenge, and effective oversight of performance and risk. Her experience across more than 40 countries inform a global perspective on leadership, markets, and stakeholders.
Alongside her corporate and board work, Ms. Jarosh has a longstanding commitment to philanthropy and social impact, including experience deploying philanthropic capital, advising philanthropists, leading foundations, and developing public-private partnerships designed to achieve greater scale and impact.
Ms. Jarosh is deeply committed to civil society, refugee and women’s rights, and access to education. An avid outdoorswoman, she brings the same curiosity and appetite for challenge to life beyond the boardroom.
