As a marketing director and corporate communications pro, Rachael has launched several innovative retail healthcare assets including a medical spa, fitness center, conference center, boutique and fine dining restaurant (all under one roof, if you can believe it) and has been instrumental in branding solutions from logos to ads, staff uniforms and experience to interior design and web presence. She was instrumental in growing a family-owned medical practice through marketing, M&A and recruiting, into the largest dermatology practice in the Pacific Northwest. In the middle of a pandemic.
