Rachael Sicking

I am a sophomore in the Kelley School of Business, majoring in entrepreneurship and minoring in Spanish. I am passionate about influencing others in a positive way through teaching, management, counseling, and being a part of a team. I have demonstrated these strengths in various ways. For example, I have helped my parents with our family business since I was eleven. We breed and sell Leonbergers, a german breed of dog. I began by helping with the general care of all our dogs and raising the puppies, and later became more involved with the business side of it. I taught my parents how to use technology to our advantage and grow our business. I helped them create a website and Facebook page which are important tools to continue our success. After growing up seeing the benefits and satisfaction from creating and running a business, it is my dream to begin my own business and hopefully one day help other begin their own businesses as well!
