Rachael Vaughn

Originally from Michigan, Rachael is a tech lawyer at Google in San Francisco. She studied mechanical engineering at the University of Michigan and attended law school in Houston while working as a patent agent for Shell Oil Company. After spending several years as an in-house IP attorney at Weyerhaeuser, she joined Microsoft where she worked as both a licensing attorney in OEM and a product attorney supporting a variety of hardware projects including the Microsoft HoloLens, Microsoft Health, and the Microsoft Band.
