Rachel Bradberry

Hello! My name is Rachel Bradberry. I guess this is where I tell everyone about myself. Where to start? Well, I wish I could say I that I’m insanely organized and that I completely have my life together but I can’t. I’m usually late for everything, I use way more dry shampoo then I’d like to admit, and I literally just re washed the same load of clothes in my washer for the 3rd time. But, I wouldn’t have it any other way. See, I sort of have always thrived in the chaos that is my life. I’m 31 years young. I have 4 amazing, smart, crazy kids that are constantly reminding me how uncool I am (I’m actually pretty cool don’t let them fool you). I have a wonderful boyfriend of 3 years who obviously has tremendous patience for being able to put up with me that long. I have a neurotic 9 month old blue heeler that I want to strangle half the time but has the most precious face in the entire world. I’ve lived in Haughton ,La now for 3 years and love it but, could totally do without the mosquitoes! About a year ago I realized how unhappy I was with myself. I had hit almost 200 lbs and would run at the sight of any camera pointed in my direction. I couldn’t believe I had let myself get to that point! And so began my weight loss journey. I was in the gym as much as I could be, started working with a personal trainer, and took my supplements like I was supposed to. I was able to lose 52 pounds over the course of 8 months. I was feeling better about my self but my body still felt so tired. I hit a plateau where I wasn’t seeing anymore improvements. I just so happen to one day see a post on Facebook from a friend about a company called itworks!
