Rachel Bruce is a civil servant, freelance graphic designer, social media guru, and urbanist-in-training based in the New York Metropolitan Area and Hudson Valley. She currently serves as a policy advisor under New York State Homes and Community Renewal. Outside of work she serves as chief internship coordinator and social media director for local state legislative races and has lent her graphic design and social media expertise to several other congressional and state campaigns. A graduate student at the University of Pennsylvania, Rachel is studying city and regional planning with a concentration in community and economic development and plans to graduate in the Spring of 2021. She has served as Policy Advisor to the Deputy Secretary for Economic Development and Housing for New York State.
