Rachel Hughes

I am an experienced senior manager with 17 years experience working in IBM's services division currently leading Mobility and Workplace delivery. I care about delivering excellent services to our clients while meeting the needs of my employer and getting the best from my team. I have performed commercial and delivery roles on both IBM and client sites, working in the UK and abroad.

Since having children, I have become much more aware of and passionate about about Diversity and Inclusion and represented IBM at external events. Three years ago I set up a networking group for women based out of the IBM Manchester location which meets regularly. I am multilingual and enjoy any opportunity to speak other languages whether inside or outside work.
