One Glass by Rachel

One Glass is an online collection of quality, home cooked food designed to inspire people to create restaurant style meals from the comfort of their own homes.

Created by Rachel, a twenty one year old Project Manager located in Perth, Western Australia, One Glass was developed as a way to share her creativity and passion for food, while proving it isn't hard to live happily and eat passionately.

Growing up within the food culture, cooking was a past time that started when she was nothing but knee height, her father retrained as a Chef when she was a teenager and her mother a Dietician with many years of experience. It was from a young age that she was taught the values of gourmet and home cooked food. It's the fond memories of making fresh pasta by hand with her family and plucking fresh herbs and vegetables from the garden that have helped develop One Glass.
