My name is Rachel and I’m the Community & Social Media Manager at Lightheart Entertainment Oy.
My love for online community and hubs started early on and inspired me to get into coding at the age of twelve. A year later, I created and launched my first website.
I care deeply about communities and over the past decade, I have created and maintained a number of sites including Positively Tomb Raider and The Sudden Stop to connect with fellow fans and learn more about the fandoms close to me.
In 2015, I was even lucky enough to be selected to be a Community Ambassador for "Rise of the Tomb Raider" at E3, by Crystal Dynamics and Microsoft Studios.
My current projects include being Lightheart Entertainment's Community Manager for their debut game (Mr Autofire), and as a Production Assistant on an unrelated and unannounced project.
When it comes to writing, I've written for the Official Star Trek Website (How Dorothy Owens Brought Star Trek to the UK & How Barclay Changed Starfleet For the Better), as well as The Cat Magazine, Archaeology of Tomb Raider, and the Official Tomb Raider Blog.
