Rachel conducts primary user-centered research, and then translates the findings into opportunities and strategic solutions that inform a product's design. Then she tells the story. Her work has spanned a wide range of industries and mediums - services, environments, brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and both physical and digital products. Her favorite kinds of projects are collaborative and idealistic.
