"I was miserable, of course, for I was seventeen, and so I swung into action and wrote a poem" - William Matthews
Just your not-so-typical broke undergrad facing an existential crisis head on, with no regrets. You can find me, the ever so subtle voyeur I am, lurking in the corners of coffee shops or staring idly into picturesque distances. I have an irrevocable love and passion for the arts. My particular poison is writing--poetry especially. I find stories, I open them up, I don't live to write, I write to live. More than ever this has become something of a beautiful gift. Finding stories and building relationships is my greatest pleasure.
I hope to go into event planning, or PR, or some kind of job that is hands on and dealing with people. I love being active and planning beautiful things and I have been lucky to have had a lot of experience with it. Organization is a blessing to me and I love preparing and executing amazing things.
I have left my heart in pockets around the world that I fully intend on returning to. I want to learn so much more than I have time for. I continue to seek out adventures and experiences, tripping along the way and learning more effective ways to pick myself up each time, collecting each moment for a rainy day.
At twenty years old I have not created or done anything spectacular as some of my younger predecessors have achieved, bless them. But I would like to think that the little things have added up into a smaller, lesser spectacular that I can call my own, and I am glad I've been able to meet you here to perhaps share it one day.
Nice meeting you, new friends :)
