Change is part of life, but we all struggle with it sometimes. Even a good change, like a new relationship or job, can be stressful. But with practice, everyone can learn to handle change gracefully. Sometimes just shifting how we think about a situation makes us feel better. Other times we need to learn new skills. Either way, we can feel more positive and joyful about life.

I’ve helped clients recover from depression, anxiety, relationship and family challenges, anger, grief, and substance use. My approach is to listen with compassion so I can understand your situation and how you feel about it. Then, we can work together to create goals and a plan for reaching them. As you experiment with small changes, I provide support and feedback to keep you moving forward. I hope I can walk with you on your journey.
