Rachel Hughes

Rachel Hughes is a young teen girl with a love for Fashion. Being raised in the vast and diverse city of Seattle, she was exposed to many cultures and their style. Many of these different cultures influence her style today, which has been noted for its diversity. She currently is living in resort town, Coeur'd alene Idaho, and when she is not biking around the town, looking for inspiration for designs, she can usually be found at home, flipping through an issue of Vouge, or pinning her favorite trends.
